Grades 9 to 12. In Indigenous cultures, oral storytelling is a traditional method of sharing knowledge from generation to generation. Experience some Indigenous stories together with Skyler Anderson.
This program is being presented by Regina Public Library, in partnership with Regina Public Schools and Regina Catholic Schools to celebrate Saskatchewan Aboriginal Storytelling Month.

Skyler Anderson is a proud nêhiyaw from Treaty 4 and father of three boys to whom he dedicates all of his work. He is also the founder and Artistic Director of mêtawê Theatre, a new Indigenous theatre company based out of Treaty 4. Holding a degree in theatre (acting) from the First Nations University of Canada and two decades of experience working as a professional artist, Skyler is setting his sights on passing down knowledge to emerging Indigenous actors.
