Ages 6 to 12. Discover bones in the human body by creating a skeletal model out of macaroni. Challenge yourself by carefully identifying specific bones and making your creation anatomically correct.
Please have these supplies with you when attending this program: pen or pencil, eraser, glue (a brand that will hold down macaroni noodles), and 3 boxes of macaroni (select a variety of macaroni noodle shapes). The instructor will send out a skeleton diagram to you. Please print it off so you have a physical copy to use during the program. You also have the option of drawing the skeleton on a piece of paper before the start of the program.
This program is conducted through Zoom. One hour prior to the program, we will send you an email with the Zoom meeting ID. Please ensure that you have Zoom installed on your device or computer. If you don't have a library card, please visit https://www.reginalibrary.ca/register to register for one.
