Cooking Workshop: Cooking Together While We Remain Apart

Join CJ Katz, award-winning cookbook author, TV chef and host of The Wheatland Café on CTV – in this fun demo cooking class as she shares recipes from her new cookbooks. Get a spoon and cook along!

Featured recipes will be:

• John’s Pasta All-Amatriciana from the cookbook One Bowl at a Time: The Soups, Stews and Bowls of Comfort that brought us together while we remained apart during COVID-19. 
• Pumpkin Coffee Cake from the cookbook One Loaf at a time: The Baking that brought us together while we remained apart during COVID-19.

We will be providing pdf copies of both recipes when you register, in case you want to follow along!  If you want to get your copy of the books before class, go to www.cjkatz.com  The books are available in both e-book and print, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation.
