Want to cook along with Mucevher? Please have the following ingredients ready:
Dough:
- Flour (all purpose), yeast, sugar, olive oil, and warm water.
Toppings:
- 80% lean ground beef, one onion, a tomato, parsley, green peppers, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Presenter Bio:
Mucevher Saban came to Canada in 2008 with a background in accounting and business administration from Turkey. She studied Early Childhood Education here in Canada and has volunteered in the community in different roles such as student coordinator, community weekend school coordinator/teacher. She has been also part of the organizing committee for cooking classes in the Intercultural Dialogue Institute (IDI), Regina, since 2014.
