This SHA program helps older adults become more physically active. It includes endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility activities which may be performed either in sitting or standing positions.

This is an in-person program.
Dates: Program runs Monday afternoons, September 12 - December 19 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm, including Thanksgiving Monday. This is a drop-in program; no registration required.
Equipment Required: Exercise bands, 2-5lb dumbbells and handballs. Bands can be purchased for $5 from the Forever In Motion leader. If you do not have dumbbells bring two cans of soup or 500ml water bottles. Handballs can be purchased from most dollar stores.

Sunrise Branch first opened its doors to the public in 1990 and since then has operated as a full-service branch for the residents of Regina.
