The Community Commons is located on the 1st floor of Central Library. Drop-in, no registration required.
CC RezQs is a registered Non-Profit organization with the goal of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming stray dogs from reservations across the province. Started in late 2014 by two childhood friends, Caillin Rodonets and Cady Shaw, CC RezQs has saved over 1100 stray dogs to date, travelled tens of thousands of kilometers, and distributed thousands of pounds of dog food to strays in need. https://www.ccrezqs.com
Located at Central Library, the Community Commons hosts regular events throughout the week, and is also available as a come-and-go safe space to relax, think, and share. Drop by to discover the activities, connect with great people, or hang out in the space!
