William Bessai-Saul is a Regina-based cartoonist, and creator of “Bird People”; a daily comic strip published online and in (student newspaper) The Carillon. Bessai-Saul also hosts “Sunday Funnies”; a weekly talk radio show analyzing comics on CJTR.
