Bean Fate by James Arnett.
"A shocking Prohibition-era murder in a dusty Saskatchewan border town inflames the public's suspicions about links between the politicians and Al Capone and the Chicago Mob. When rookie cop Jack Ross's investigation gets too close to the truth, he's pulled off the case. Then he goes rogue."
A limited number of Bean Fate by James Arnett are available at Regent Place Library, otherwise reserve your copy here.

Regina Public Library opened its first shopping mall location as what was then known as Regent Park Branch in 1966.
Since 1995, Regent Place Branch called 107 Albert Street home, and provided the community with a full-service Library Branch.
In February 2012, the Branch moved into a temporary location in the Regina Market Mall, while a new Regent Place Branch was being designed and built.
