Learn to make and cook whole wheat parathas in this hands-on cooking workshop. The class covers preparing the dough, rolling, cooking, and stuffing parathas with delicious fillings.
This is a registered program. Registration opens at 12 pm on March 15.
Join us for a hands-on cooking workshop where you’ll learn to make parathas (Indian flatbreads) from scratch using whole wheat flour. This beginner-friendly program is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking and wants to explore simple, tasty techniques. You’ll learn to prepare the dough, roll out the parathas, cook them to perfection, and fill them with a variety of delicious savory or sweet fillings, such as sugar, cheese, or seasoned potatoes. All ingredients and supplies are provided.
The program will be offered again on May 9 at the Prince of Wales Branch. Please register only once; duplicate registrations will be cancelled.
