Join us for a hands-on cooking workshop where you’ll learn to make parathas (Indian flatbreads) from scratch using whole wheat flour. This beginner-friendly program is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking and wants to explore simple, tasty techniques. You’ll learn to prepare the dough, roll out the parathas, cook them to perfection, and fill them with a variety of delicious savoury or sweet fillings, such as sugar, cheese, or seasoned potatoes. All ingredients and supplies are provided.
The program is a duplicate of the one offered on May 1 at the Sherwood Village branch. Please register only once; duplicate registrations will be cancelled.

Prince of Wales Branch
Prince of Wales is the newest Branch of Regina Public Library. The 3,400 square-foot space spans one level, and was designed with some innovative special features, including two (2) self-check machines.
