Canada Day - Stamped Prints

Drop-In to the Dunlop Art Gallery booth and join artist Yvonne Niegas to learn about her art and create some stamped prints of your own.
This program takes place at the Legislative Building grounds at the Family Fun Zone, in celebration of Canada Day.

Yvonne Niegas (she/they) is an emerging artist based in Regina, Saskatchewan, working primarily in printmaking. Born and raised in the Philippines, their practice is rooted in the intricacies of human experience and connection, exploring themes of identity, belonging, and emotional resonance. At the core of their work is an interest in interpersonal connection, captured through moments of vulnerability, humanity, and quiet intimacy.
Yvonne received their BFA from the University of Regina and is currently pursuing a Post-Baccalaureate program in Visual Arts to further develop their practice. Alongside their studio work, Yvonne is actively engaged in community initiatives, volunteering in arts-based programs and mentoring youth through Big Brothers Big Sisters.
