Ages 13 and over. Experience traditional drumming, songs, dance, and hear the teachings from our Knowledge Keepers. Light refreshments provided by Chili for Children.

RPL is pleased to partner with local Knowledge Keepers to offer programs for those looking to connect with Indigenous customs and culture. Each week will hold space for a new teaching and experience. All are welcome. You do not need to identify as Indigenous to join.  

The Dec 16th session will be held on the mezzanine, located on the second floor of Central Library, for an end of year celebration!

About the branch

Located at Central Library, the Community Commons hosts regular events throughout the week, and is also available as a come-and-go safe space to relax, think, and share. Drop by to discover the activities, connect with great people, or hang out in the space!
