Presenter Information:

September 24: Breanne Knapp R.D., B.Sc. is a Community Dietitian working in Chronic Disease Prevention & Management within the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Breanne has 10+ years of experience in a variety of settings. She has a passion for delivering evidenced-based nutrition education to prevent and manage nutrition-related diseases in individuals and communities.

October 22: Lindsay Bzdel works in Population Health Promotion with the Saskatchewan Health Authority and has been involved with Age-Friendly Regina for more than three years. She is a member of the Age-Friendly Regina Steering Committee and is actively involved in its social prescribing initiative, helping connect older adults with community programs, services and supports. Lindsay is passionate about building stronger, more connected communities where older adults can find the information, support and opportunities they need to thrive.

November 26: Marisol Molina-Smith has a degree in Recreation Studies and a B.A. from the University of Manitoba. She is also a certified SPRA fitness leader and course conductor for Exercise for Older Adults, Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher, Nordic Pole Walking, and LiveWell with Chronic Conditions program. Currently she works for the Saskatchewan Health Authority; Health Educator lead of Forever...in motion for Regina and area.

About the branch

George Bothwell Branch first opened its doors to the public in 1995, and operates as a full-service branch within the Regina Public Library system.
