Registration: Registration opens on September 20, 2026 1:00 PM. 

Materials: All ingredients and materials are provided. Ingredients used in the program will be halal.

Allergy Notice: Please notify staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when registering.

Presenter Information: Fidaa Almughrabi was born in Lebanon and raised by Palestinian parents. She completed her college education in Texas before moving to Canada in 2005.  She currently resides in Regina and works with the Regina Community Clinic.
