Learn simple techniques to make fall soups from around the world as you explore food, culture, and creativity in a fun, beginner-friendly setting. Food samples will be provided.

We’re offering a variety of cooking sessions at different branches, each with a different theme. If you’re interested in learning new cooking skills and exploring new recipes, you’re welcome to join!

Presenter Information: Fidaa Almughrabi was born in Lebanon and raised by Palestinian parents. She completed her college education in Texas before moving to Canada in 2005. She currently resides in Regina and works with the Regina Community Clinic. She loves cooking and is excited to share her cooking stories with the Regina community.

Sunrise Branch first opened its doors to the public in 1990 and since then has operated as a full-service branch for the residents of Regina.
