Prince of Wales BranchDiscover the flavours of the Philippines! Learn to make Maja Blanca, a creamy coconut corn pudding, and, a refreshing traditional drink. Teens are welcome.
Registration: Registration opens on September 3, 2026 1:00 PM.
Materials: All ingredients and materials are provided. Ingredients used in the program will be halal.

We’re offering a variety of cooking sessions at different branches, each with a different theme. If you’re interested in learning new cooking skills and exploring new recipes, you’re welcome to join!

Presenter Information: Janrei Gascon is an educator and loves to cook during his spare time. He is active in the local Filipino community as a volunteer and organizer for cultural events.

Prince of Wales Branch
Prince of Wales is the newest Branch of Regina Public Library. The 3,400 square-foot space spans one level, and was designed with some innovative special features, including two (2) self-check machines.
This cozy inner-city Branch also offers a variety of services and resources.
Patrons can borrow the most popular, up-to-date reading and listening materials at Prince of Wales. There is a sizable collection of fiction and non-fiction paperbacks and popular items for children, such as board books, picture books, and comics. Visitors can also expect to find an impressive DVD collection, popular magazines and newspapers.
