Struggling with anxiety or depression? Learn about the U of R's Online Therapy Unit. It offers free, effective, online clinical programs for people experiencing mental health difficulties in SK.
During this session the current course offerings will be discussed including the Wellbeing Course for anxiety and depression and the Alcohol Change Course for those wanting to change their habits around alcohol. Lee Bourgeault will describe the course content, its structure, course eligibility, and the application process to enroll in one of the courses.
Lee is a clinician at the unit, supporting clients working through courses with online counselling support. In addition, she is also involved in the research projects the unit conducts on their programs, investigating the effectiveness of online therapy. Lee has her master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor.
