Welcome to Creating Pride: A Pride Month Crafting Series! Craft-based activism has been used as a tool of resistance, coalition building, and even espionage! Get acquainted with craftivism, learn to embroider, stitch something brilliant, and make friends —all in just 2 hours! Shannon will then teach you how to embroider and have you stabbing it out in no time. She guarantees you walk away feeling better than when you arrived.
Registration: Registration for this program will open at 12:00 PM on May 7th, 2023.
Materials Provided: Kits may be picked up from Central Library during open hours between May 29th - June 6th. One kit per registered customer. Scissors are needed but not provided.
