Registration: Registration opens on December 11, 2023, at 12:00 PM.
Dates: Thursdays, January 11, 18, and 25, from 6:00–8:00 PM. Please plan to attend all sessions to complete your projects.
Materials: All the necessary materials and equipment will be provided, so you can focus on your sewing skills.
This program is designed for adults, including young adults (13+). It is not suitable for children to attend or participate in the program.
Learn the fundamental abilities required to become a skilled sewer in this workshop. From understanding the different components of sewing machines to exploring the vast array of needle techniques, we'll cover it all. The experienced instructor will guide you through step-by-step instructions, ensuring that you gain confidence and expertise in handling sewing machines and various types of sewing challenges. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some prior sewing experience, this program is designed to cater to all skill levels.
Presenter Information: Deborah Skoczylas is an experienced sewist and owner of a local business offering custom children's clothing. She is passionate about sharing the skill of sewing with others much like her own mentors did when she was a child. She has experience teaching sewing classes for all ages, both beginner and intermediate.
